Patricia J. Emmanuel, M.D., is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Head of the Division of Pediatric Infectious Disease at the University of South Florida College of Medicine. Dr. Emmanuel is the Medical Director for the University of South Florida HIV Program for children and adolescents. The USF Program provides specialty care and access to clinical trials for over 200 infected children and adolescents throughout the gulf coast of Florida.

Michael A. Kolber, M.D., Ph.D., is Associate Chief, Division of Infectious Diseases in the Department of Medicine, University of Miami School of Medicine. He is also Director of the AIDS Disease Management Initiative within the JMH Health System, Director of the Infectious Disease Clinical Research Unit and serves as Director of Adult HIV Services in the Department of Medicine, at the University of Miami.
